Heman Bekele

President

Heman is an accessible healthcare researcher and activist. Growing up in Ethiopia, he witnessed firsthand the impact of limited healthcare access—an experience that sparked his commitment to addressing the global healthcare crisis. In 2023, Heman developed a low-cost skin cancer-treating soap, earning recognition as America’s Top Young Scientist and TIME Magazine’s Kid of the Year. He founded CareForAll to transform healthcare from a privilege into a fundamental human right, building a community dedicated to innovation and equity in medicine.

Will Jordan

Vice President

Will is the Vice President and Co-Founder of CareForAll and a student at the Oslo International School. He brings an international perspective to healthcare advocacy and organizational operations, with a strong focus on youth-led impact. Will has worked with youth teams that have raised over $50,000 for cancer research, served as a student ambassador, and contributed to strategic initiatives through writing and outreach. He is deeply committed to leveraging youth leadership, operational execution, and organizational growth to expand CareForAll’s reach and long-term impact.

Olivia Greenaway

Executive Director

Olivia is a dual-enrolled MPH candidate and senior at Columbia University. Her experience includes founding a sports equity conference for 15 private high schools, where she delivered keynote remarks alongside an Emmy-nominated filmmaker, and working under the NBA’s psychiatrist to support community-based psychiatric screening in partnership with over 30 New York City churches. She has also been recognized as Harvard Medical School MEDscience’s Mentor Extraordinaire.

Jay Patel

Chief Operating Officer

Jay is a student at Harvard University studying Economics and Global Health. He is passionate about expanding access to healthcare community by community, with a focus on healthcare management and operational efficiency. His experience includes serving as a student manager for a nonprofit clinic, conducting mental health research to improve counseling services in his school district, and competing internationally through Model UN. In high school, Jay served as a youth representative for his city and school district.

Executive TEAM

Max Yang

Geospatial Health Director

Max is an undergraduate at Stanford University from St. Louis, Missouri, majoring in Human Biology. He is passionate about using geospatial analysis to address health inequities. His current work combines whole-genome sequencing and geospatial analysis to study tuberculosis phylogeography in Latin America. Max also leads the Stanford Undergraduate Global Health Club, where he launched a Mapathon initiative that has mapped over 4,000 buildings in Sub-Saharan Africa and built collaborations with Partners in Health, the Bay Area Global Health Alliance, and local health agencies.

Anisha Hadimani

Programming Director

Anisha is a junior at the University of Georgia studying Regenerative Bioscience and Global Health. She is passionate about bridging oral and systemic health through global education initiatives, with a focus on prevention-based health programs in underserved communities. Her work includes implementing oral health education in rural elementary schools in Georgia and India, as well as supporting mobile health and partnership outreach in Ghana with the OKB Hope Foundation, where she helps integrate oral health screenings to expand access to preventive care.

Yug Patel

Programming Director

Yug is a McGrae Scholar at the University of Michigan majoring in Biology, Health, and Society. Yug currently serves as a research assistant at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in partnership with the American Heart Association, conducting qualitative and policy-driven analyses to inform global cardiovascular policy through dietary intervention. He is also a research fellow at the Perrin Research Institution, a student-led policy think tank.

Hasan Raza

Communications Director

Hasan is a John Jay Scholar at Columbia University majoring in Medical Humanities. He currently serves as a Communications Intern at Emgage, building community-centered narratives to drive civic engagement. Previously, Hasan worked as a Litigation Assistant and Legal Apprentice, developing skills in translating complex legal and regulatory frameworks into clear advocacy. His passion for health equity is rooted in the power of narrative and legal ethics to dismantle systemic barriers to care.

Nardine Eldalil

Chief of Staff

Nardine is a graduate of George Mason University, where she studied Government and International Politics with a minor in Criminology. She recently completed an apprenticeship with CNN in Abu Dhabi, working on health journalism projects alongside Johns Hopkins University and earning runner-up for Best News Package. A published writer with Modern Diplomacy and the The Sycamore Institute, she has also worked with the National Council on U.S.–Arab Relations and presented award-recognized research at Harvard University. She is passionate about health equity and advancing impact through media and policy.

Anika Loganathan

Graphic Design Director

Anika is a Graphic Design student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Her work focuses on unified brand identities and engaging digital media. Anika currently serves as a Graphic Design Assistant for Cal Poly’s College of Engineering, managing institutional branding across publications and photography, and as Social Media Chair for the CLA Student Diversity Committee, where she creates promotional materials that foster multicultural competence and campus engagement.

Noor Shabbir

Graphic Design Director

Noor is a junior at Rutgers University–Newark majoring in Graphic Design with a minor in Art History. Her experience includes national-level design work with Young Muslims, branding projects for local youth organizations and community centers, and serving as Graphic Design Manager for two Rutgers working groups. Noor enjoys blending research, cultural context, and experimentation with patterns and textures into her work.

Abhinav Anne

Partnerships Director

Abhinav is a senior at Neuqua Valley High School and a member of the World Health Organization’s Youth Council. He has worked with Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker to redesign the state’s youth mental health system and advocated for legislation establishing no-cost, annual mental health screenings for all Illinois students in grades 3–12, impacting over 1.5 million youth each year. He has also spoken at national forums on youth mental health, including the National Conference on Tobacco, APHA, the World Health Summit, and Mental Health America.

Rima Nafougui

Technology Director

Rima Nafougui is a graduating student in Web and Mobile Programming at Cégep Ahuntsic and an incoming Computer Science student at McGill University. Selected as one of four program tutors based on academic performance, she has developed expertise in full-stack development, artificial intelligence, and systems design. Most recently, she built an AI-powered research assistant using retrieval-augmented generation to catalog and search computer science literature. She has also been actively engaged in community service, contributing to local libraries, elderly care homes, and social justice advocacy initiatives throughout her teenage years.

Noelle Hamah-Kilik

Fundraising Director

Noelle Hamah-Kilik is a sophomore at Barnard College of Columbia University, majoring in Economics with a minor in Science and Public Policy. She is interested in the intersection of healthcare business and policy, with a focus on healthcare consulting and pharmaceutical market access. She has also conducted research on financial access to semaglutides, a focus area through which she explores the broader implications of drug pricing and market access decisions.

Monal Mannan

Marketing Director

Monal is a law student at O.P. Jindal Global University in Delhi NCR. As Creative Head of Project Outlive Yourself, she led organ donation awareness efforts through workshops and outreach with elderly communities and institutions. At Treasurer of Girl Up, she supported menstrual health initiatives, including a pad donation drive with underserved communities. During her internship with Child Rights and You, she raised over $10,000 for girls’ education while contributing to research and advocacy efforts. Monal also serves as a Youth Mentor at the Kitaab Aur Kalam Foundation, where she supports students’ growth.
