Heman Bekele
President
Heman is an accessible healthcare researcher and activist. Growing up in Ethiopia, he witnessed firsthand the impact of limited healthcare access—an experience that sparked his commitment to addressing the global healthcare crisis. In 2023, Heman developed a low-cost skin cancer-treating soap, earning recognition as America’s Top Young Scientist and TIME Magazine’s Kid of the Year. He founded CareForAll to transform healthcare from a privilege into a fundamental human right, building a community dedicated to innovation and equity in medicine.
Will Jordan
Vice President
Will is an IB student at the Oslo International School. Bringing an international perspective shaped by experiences across Europe and the U.S., he focuses on organizational strategy, growth, and mobilizing youth. He has worked with youth teams that raised over $50,000 for blood cancer research in under three months and contributes to policy, writing, and outreach initiatives, advancing scalable, youth-driven impact. He is committed to building institutions that turn youth-led ideas into lasting, systemic change.
Olivia Greenaway
Executive Director
Olivia is a dual-enrolled MPH candidate and senior at Columbia University. Her experience includes founding a sports equity conference for 15 private high schools, where she delivered keynote remarks alongside an Emmy-nominated filmmaker, and working under the NBA’s psychiatrist to support community-based psychiatric screening in partnership with over 30 New York City churches. She has also been recognized as Harvard Medical School MEDscience’s Mentor Extraordinaire.
Jay Patel
Chief Operating Officer
Jay is a student at Harvard University studying Economics and Global Health. He is passionate about expanding healthcare access community by community, with a focus on healthcare management and operational efficiency. His experience includes serving as a student manager for a nonprofit clinic, conducting mental health research to improve counseling services in his school district, competing internationally through Model UN, and serving as a youth representative for his city and school district.

Max Yang
Geospatial Health Director
Max is an undergraduate at Stanford University from St. Louis, Missouri, majoring in Human Biology. He uses geospatial analysis to address health inequities, combining whole-genome sequencing and geospatial methods to study tuberculosis phylogeography in Latin America. He also leads the Stanford Undergraduate Global Health Club, where he launched a Mapathon initiative mapping over 4,000 buildings in Sub-Saharan Africa and building collaborations with Partners in Health, the Bay Area Global Health Alliance, and local health agencies.
Anisha Hadimani
Programming Director
Anisha is a junior at the University of Georgia studying Regenerative Bioscience and Global Health. She focuses on bridging oral and systemic health through prevention-based education initiatives in underserved communities. Her work includes implementing oral health education in rural schools in Georgia and India, and supporting mobile health and outreach in Ghana with the OKB Hope Foundation, helping integrate screenings to expand preventive care access.
Yug Patel
Programming Director
Yug is a McGrae Scholar at the University of Michigan majoring in Biology, Health, and Society. Yug currently serves as a research assistant at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in partnership with the American Heart Association, conducting qualitative and policy-driven analyses to inform global cardiovascular policy through dietary intervention. He is also a research fellow at the Perrin Research Institution, a student-led policy think tank.
Hasan Raza
Communications Director
Hasan is a John Jay Scholar at Columbia University majoring in Medical Humanities. He currently serves as a Communications Intern at Emgage, building community-centered narratives to drive civic engagement. Previously, Hasan worked as a Litigation Assistant and Legal Apprentice, developing skills in translating complex legal and regulatory frameworks into clear advocacy. His passion for health equity is rooted in the power of narrative and legal ethics to dismantle systemic barriers to care.
Nardine Eldalil
Chief of Staff
Nardine is a graduate of George Mason University, where she studied Government and International Politics with a minor in Criminology. She completed an apprenticeship with CNN in Abu Dhabi, working on health journalism projects with Johns Hopkins University and earning runner-up for Best News Package. A published writer, she has worked with the National Council on U.S.–Arab Relations and presented award-recognized research at Harvard University, focusing on health equity through media and policy.
Anika Loganathan
Graphic Design Director
Anika is a Graphic Design student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. Her work focuses on unified brand identities and engaging digital media. Anika currently serves as a Graphic Design Assistant for Cal Poly’s College of Engineering, managing institutional branding across publications and photography, and as Social Media Chair for the CLA Student Diversity Committee, where she creates promotional materials that foster multicultural competence and campus engagement.
Noor Shabbir
Graphic Design Director
Noor is a junior at Rutgers University–Newark majoring in Graphic Design with a minor in Art History. Her experience includes national-level design work with Young Muslims, branding projects for local youth organizations and community centers, and serving as Graphic Design Manager for two Rutgers working groups. Noor enjoys blending research, cultural context, and experimentation with patterns and textures into her work.
Abhinav Anne
Partnerships Director
Abhinav is a senior at Neuqua Valley High School and a member of the World Health Organization’s Youth Council. He has worked with Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker to redesign the state’s youth mental health system and advocated for legislation establishing no-cost annual screenings for students in grades 3–12, impacting over 1.5 million youth. He has also spoken at national forums on youth mental health, including APHA and the World Health Summit.
Rima Nafougui
Technology Director
Rima Nafougui is a graduating student in Web and Mobile Programming at Cégep Ahuntsic and an incoming Computer Science student at McGill University. Selected as one of four program tutors, she has expertise in full-stack development, artificial intelligence, and systems design. She recently built an AI-powered research assistant using retrieval-augmented generation and has been active in community service, supporting libraries, elderly care homes, and social justice initiatives.
Noelle Hamah-Kilik
Fundraising Director
Noelle Hamah-Kilik is a sophomore at Barnard College of Columbia University, majoring in Economics with a minor in Science and Public Policy. She is interested in the intersection of healthcare business and policy, with a focus on healthcare consulting and pharmaceutical market access. She has also conducted research on financial access to semaglutides, a focus area through which she explores the broader implications of drug pricing and market access decisions.
Monal Mannan
Marketing Director
Monal is a law student at O.P. Jindal Global University in Delhi NCR. As Creative Head of Project Outlive Yourself, she led organ donation awareness through workshops and outreach with elderly communities and institutions. As Treasurer of Girl Up, she supported menstrual health initiatives for underserved communities. During her internship with Child Rights and You, she raised over $10,000 for girls’ education while contributing to research and advocacy. She serves as a Youth Mentor at the Kitaab Aur Kalam Foundation.
Rachel Ma
Chief Marketing Officer
Rachel Ma is a public health graduate from California State University, Fullerton, specializing in global health and marketing. With experience at Providence and the Orange County Health Care Agency, she has optimized EHR workflows, supported clinical product launches, and improved patient-facing systems. Her work spans health informatics, patient experience, and scalable healthcare solutions, driven by data-driven strategy, human-centered design, and digital innovation, and has been recognized by the California legislature for her contributions to community health.
